| Functional Movement Therapy explores which parts of the body have contributed to and caused pain or injury in another part of the body. It looks at the body as a CHAIN REACTION in that each individual part affects the movement of parts above and below it.
You will undergo a thorough initial evaluation to analyze any problematic movements from walking through high level sports. Subsequently you will work through a series of functional exercises to help restore stability, flexibility and strength.
Training can involve the use of various equipment including: Pilates machines, TRX Suspension Training, TrueStretch functional stretching cage, weights, gliding discs, balls and resistance bands.
Each client is provided with a comprehensive home exercise program to continue their work independently.
