Private and semi-private exercise sessions customized work outs designed specifically for each client to meet your individual needs. Through an integration of Pilates, fitball, weight training and aerobic conditioning you will experience a challenging full body workout. Your safety is ensured as all sessions are instructed by a licensed physical therapist/accredited fitness expert.

PowerWalking

Have fun PowerWalking your way around Wash Park with our Physical Therapist and Gait specialist. Learn how to use your muscles optimally for a fantastic walking work-out.

Learn to walk stronger, faster and more efficiently with PowerWalk's expert walking tips. Our classes also incorporate leg strengthening exercises, power cardiovascular intervals and arm toning into an energizing and fun one hour work-out.

Studies have shown that fit walkers are less likely to fall and suffer injuries such as hip fractures because the bones are strengthened; less likely to sustain injury because joints have a better range of movement and muscles are more flexible; less prone to depression and anxiety; tend to be good sleepers; and are better able to control body weight.

Body Work

Everyday bodily stresses and strains associated with work postures, taking care of children or elderly parents and even exercise can cause pain and tension in the body. There are specific body work treatments to relieve these uncomfortable sensations you may be experiencing.

PosturePower offers 30 minute body work treatments consisting of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and manual stretching which will alleviate your discomfort.
